3.1 AI & Machine Learning Processing
Wobely uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to assist users with organizing, prioritizing, summarizing, and responding to engagement across supported platforms.
Wobely uses paid, enterprise-grade AI APIs provided by third-party vendors under contractual terms that restrict the use of customer data solely to providing the requested service. Data submitted to these AI services is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized AI models, and is not retained beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
Wobely does not use consumer-facing AI products or public AI services (such as publicly available chat interfaces) to process customer data. All AI processing is performed using secured APIs subject to commercial data protection commitments.
Segregation of Google API Data:
Data obtained via Google APIs (including YouTube Data APIs) is subject to additional safeguards. Such data is never sent to third-party AI services. Any AI-based processing of Google API data, if enabled, is performed exclusively using Google-provided AI services (e.g., Gemini) within Google’s ecosystem.
4. Third-Party Providers
We rely on trusted third-party infrastructure and processors including, but not limited to:
Google / YouTube (YouTube Data API v3) Used to access YouTube channel data, videos, comments, and comment-related metadata for connected YouTube accounts, based on user authorization. More information on how we handle this data can be found in Section 9.1. Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
We also use additional third-party service providers for infrastructure hosting, authentication, data storage, analytics, and AI-powered features. These providers are contractually restricted to processing data only as instructed by Wobely and in compliance with applicable privacy and security requirements.
Where Wobely uses AI service providers, such providers act solely as data processors and are contractually restricted from using customer data for training, model improvement, or any purpose other than providing the requested AI functionality. These restrictions apply regardless of whether the data is personal or platform-sourced.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain data only as long as necessary to deliver and improve Wobely’s services or as required by law. You may:
Disconnect any social media account at any time.
Request full deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at calvin@wobely.com.
We will comply promptly, subject to lawful retention obligations.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure.
While we strive to protect your information, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
If you’re a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including:
The right to know what data we collect and how we use it.
The right to request deletion.
The right to opt out of data sale (we do not sell data).
The right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
